Abstract
Dermal fibroblast malfunction and a decline in their biosynthetic activity are major contributors to skin ageing. Age-related fibroblasts start to create inadequate amounts of the extracellular matrix components to keep the skin looking young, regardless of the underlying reasons. Meso-preparations are primarily intended to slow down and treat aging-related skin abnormalities.
This technique utilizes weak electric current for bio-rejuvination with electrophoresis and iontophoresis. During this procedure, active substances can also be transported into the skin.
Thus this study is aimed to compare the effectiveness and safety of mesotherapy with PRP versus mesotherapy with vitamin C hyaluronic acid for facial skin rejuvenation.
Keywords: Mesotherapy, minimally invasive techniques, vitamins, depigmentation, connective tissue thickening
